We provide a variety of shipping options owing to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff is highly educated to pack your items exactly as per the specifications that we supply. Before shipping, your goods will be thoroughly inspected and secured. We ship to thousands of customers every day across multiple countries. This shows that we're committed to being the largest retailer online in the world. Both Europe as well as the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.
Note: Orders containing multiple items will have a distinct processing time for each item.
We will thoroughly inspect all products before they are shipped. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. Expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not fully manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. Please be aware that it is possible for your order to be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. However, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
You can only return an item in the event that it is not used and is in the same state as when you received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
