The inventory is constantly changing and we do not fully manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Our policy is valid for 30 days. However, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
You can only return an item in the event that it is not used and is in the same state as when you received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
